Leading the Implementation of Behaviour Support Plans
3-day workshop
Intended participants
For Behaviour Support Practitioners and Implementing Providers who seek better implementation of Behaviour Support practices. Significant investment is made developing Behaviour Support Plans but many are not implemented as intended. Behaviour Support Practitioners and Implementing Providers have a responsibility to translate planning into practice.
Course content
Learn about the Correlates of Intervention Integrity model. This model has been developed by drawing together literature and research examining the principle factors associated with the implementation of intervention plans. Research from Positive Behaviour Support as well as broader implementation science has been incorporated in this model. Over the 3 days of this training program, participants will learn what drives successful implementation including:
• Evidence-based training methods
• Measuring implementation
• Feedback to implementers
Program participants will develop a suite of tools to support the implementation of complex behaviour support plans. Participants are invited to submit these tools and their results for feedback and evaluation after the 3rd day.

This course will be conducted online, Brisbane time (AEST +10).

Day 2: Friday, 7 March 2025, 9:00am - 4:00pm
Day 3: Friday, 27 March 2025, 9:00am - 4:00pm
Cost = $1,350 per participant
